MORRISTON DEATH. Mr Albert Hanney, who has died at home in Martin Street, Morriston, in his 78th year, was one of the founders of the old Hanney's Military Band, of which he was a member from its inception, and horn soloist.

He was the eldest son of the late George Hanney, and up to his illness worked as a packer at the Swansea docks. He leaves a widow and five children.
