SKETTY SOLDIER'S WEDDING. A pretty wedding was solmnised at Sketty Church on Tuesday by the Vicar, the Rev JM Stewart, between Miss Edith Sprigen, eldest daughter of Mr A Sprigen, L and NW (guard) and Trooper A Cyril Haines, youngest son of Mr and Mrs Haines, Tycoch-road, Sjetty. The bridesmaids were Miss N Sprigen, sister of the bride, and Miss Gwenny Haines, sister of the bridegroom. The duties of best man were carried out by Corporal Bertie Haines, brother of the bridegroom, who journeyed from London for the occasion. The Bridegroom leave for France on Friday, where he has spent the last 18 months.
